  • Can I save a design and come back to work on it later?
    •
        • Yes, but you will need to be sure to save the design before exiting the website. 
        • You will need to come back to the design using the same device.
        • Designs will be lost (or inaccessible) if you clear your cache between sessions, or if you use a different device.
        • Important - In order to access your saved design, you will need to close the initial pop up screen directing you to choose a template. Then select the folder icon (7th icon down) on the toolbar that will indicate my saved designs.
  • Can I change my design after I have completed my order?
    •
        • Yes, but we will need to complete it for you. Please contact us to help make any changes. 
  • Can I remove the legal writing on the side of the templates?
    •
        • No, by federal law we are required to include this legal language on all labels of wine. 
  • Can you ship my wine for me?
    •
      • No, currently all wine ordered will need to be picked up at the winery.
  • Will my label have the wine varietal listed on it?
    •
      • That’s up to you. We are not required to include the varietal info, but you are welcome to include it on your label.
  • Can I pick out or change the paper my label is printed on?
    •
      • Unfortunately, no. All our custom labels are printed on high quality, professional label stock.
  • Can I add embossing or other enhancements to my label?
    •
      • No, we are unable to accommodate specialty printing methods such as embossing, debossing, or gold foiling. 
  • Can I have two separate labels for the front and back?
    •
        • No, the custom labels are 1 piece.
  • Can I change the dimensions of the label?
    •
        • No, the dimensions are fixed at 5.87” wide x 3.51” high.
  • What color is the foil on top of the bottle?
    •
        • All bottles will come with a neutral matte black top.
  • Can I change the color of the foil on top?
    •
        • No, currently we cannot offer custom foil colors. 
  • Can I choose a different wine than what is offered?
    •
        • No, there are a limited variety of wines we can offer for custom labeling.
  • What if I miss my design deadline?
    •
      • If the design date set for your custom label is not met, we cannot guarantee your labels will arrive in time for your event.
